Dinacharya is a concept in ayurvedic medicine which proposes the healthy routine to be followed in a day/night. The routines help establish balance and promotes optimal health in ones life by maintaining and correcting us with our circadian rhythm.

Do’s & Don’ts For Success
-Do wake up before sunrise/Don’t catch up sleep in morning(get to sleep earlier)
-Do 30 minutes of intentional exercise/Not thinking of exercise
-Go for 20 minute walk outside(especially after meals)
-Be asleep before 10pm/Not staying up watching Netflix
-Drink towards a gallon water day/No sodas or processed juices or alcohol
-Sit in silence for 10 minutes a day
-Limit screen time to 20 minutes a day/Not scrolling endlessly
-Read a book for 30 minutes a day/No podcast
