Meet Our Founder:
Grant Helm

Grant Helm, the visionary behind Healed By Food, is more than just a chef—he’s a personal trainer and passionate advocate for holistic health and nutrition. Inspired by a profound family experience, Grant founded Healed By Food in 2023 to bring the healing power of nutrition to others.

When his grandfather was diagnosed with a terminal cardiovascular disease, Grant took charge of his meals. Through mindful grocery shopping and meal planning, he witnessed the extraordinary ability of food to heal and reverse the effects of illness. This pivotal moment sparked Grant’s dedication to understanding the deep connection between nutrition, the microbiome, heart health, and cognitive well-being.

Grant’s journey to create Healed By Food took him across the globe, learning from cultures that prioritize longevity and vitality:

Embracing the principles of Dinacharya (daily routines for health).
